The Chinese Communist Party (CPC20th )’s Party Congress, has determine China’s leadership for the following five years, will has been a turning point in politics, strategy, and the world at large. At the 20th national congress of his country’s ruling Communist party, Chinese President Xi Jinping has won an unprecedented election to a third term as head of the party and military.   The priorities that has been presented in national congress has influenced the political, economic, and foreign policy course that China will likely take over in the next five years and beyond. The political philosophy charged with guiding China’s transformation to become “a great modern socialist country that is prosperous” by the middle of the century and to achieve “socialist modernization” by 2035.    The two pillars of Xi’s perception for China’s international policy are the development of “a community of shared future for mankind” and “new type of international relations with win-win cooperation”. The creation of “a community of shared future for mankind” is one of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s signature concepts for China’s foreign policy. The idea of a community with a shared future for all people reflects the shared aspiration of the majority of nations and furthers the interests of the global community. It also shows how widely accepted China’s concept is becoming.   The international community, in particular its South Asian neighbors, must continue to be ready to deal with a more assertive, proactive, and outward-looking China on the international stage. As Xi enters his third term as president, his “New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” will continue to place a priority on ensuring domestic economic growth while preserving social stability.   To improve the environment for shared development, China has taken a more proactive approach to fostering and exercising responsible leadership in its neighborhood, particularly in South Asia. China has increased its global visibility by leading ambitious projects like the “Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) 2.0” and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and making proposals for strengthening global governance in order to put this new perspective into practice. Under the direction of the CPC, China has made great strides toward developing a modern socialist nation, and Chinese modernization has given humanity a new path toward achieving modernization. The world has learned from China’s successful modernization that this is possible as long as each country firmly bases itself on its own modernization objectives and independently investigates a modernization path that bests suits its own national circumstances.    The 20th CPC National Congress’s development plan affects not only the Chinese people but also the rest of the world. China is openly promoting a new mode of modernization that is infused with Chinese experiential wisdom and supported by Chinese economic might to the entire human race, especially developing nations and South Asia.
